NexaWMS is a modern, responsive Warehouse Management System frontend designed to streamline inventory control, supply chain operations, order fulfillment, and warehouse visibility. Built with React 18.3, Vite 5.4, Tailwind CSS 3.4, and React Router DOM 6.26, it offers a modular interface for warehouse teams, inventory clerks, administrators, and enterprise clients.

Executive Dashboard: Operational KPIs, stock distribution charts, fulfillment metrics, and warehouse activity feeds.

Inventory & Product Catalog: SKU management, category filtering, stock thresholds, low-stock alerts, and reorder indicators.

Batch & Expiry Tracking: Product batch traceability, manufacturing dates, supplier lot references, expiry alerts, and quarantine status management.

Purchase Orders: Inbound supplier order management, receipt tracking, and inventory replenishment workflows.

Sales Orders: Outbound order fulfillment, including picking, packing, shipping, and delivery status tracking.

Transfer Orders: Internal bin-to-bin and facility-to-facility inventory transfers with audit trails.

Warehouse Operations: Dock-to-stock monitoring, loading bay occupancy, and facility capacity analytics.

Barcode & QR Tools: Digital barcode generation, printable labels, and visual scanning simulation.

Shipping & Dispatch: Carrier assignment, tracking numbers, shipping manifests, and delivery status interfaces.

Client Portal: Self-service order tracking, stock reservations, and delivery schedule views.

Reports & Analytics: Inventory turnover, sales volume, procurement costs, and fulfillment SLA reporting interfaces.

Access Control & Security: Role-based access for Super Admins, Warehouse Managers, Inventory Clerks, and Enterprise Clients, supported by route guards and permission utilities.

Installation & Setup

1. Install Node.js v18 or later; Node.js 20+ is recommended.

2. Install dependencies using npm install.

3. Copy .env.example to .env.

4. Start the development server with npm run dev.

5. Run npm run lint for code-quality checks.

6. Build the production bundle with npm run build.

7. Preview the production build with npm run preview.

Demo Access

The application includes mock authentication and sample data. Demo roles include Super Admin, Warehouse Manager, Inventory Clerk, and Enterprise Client. In mock mode, any password works with the documented demo accounts.

API Integration & Deployment

The frontend uses centralized service abstractions with mock fallbacks. Set VITE_API_BASE_URL to a compatible REST API endpoint to configure external backend integration.

The production build is generated in the dist directory. Deployment guidance is provided for Netlify, Vercel, and Nginx/Apache, including single-page application routing configuration.

Important: This package is documented as a frontend application. A production database, server-side business logic, and live integrations are not included in the described setup and may require separate implementation.
